HOW TO GET THE BEST SERVICE.

You can the drop the item off at any time between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday or 8.30am to 3pm on Saturday at 6 Allison Street Bowen Hills. It will be placed in a queue and we will get to it as soon as possible.

Or call 07 3858 5443 or email workshop@im-it.biz to book a mutually convenient day/time to bring the system in and we will commence work on it that day (this reserves a "time" slot).

Or we can arrange for a courier or specialist computer transport service to pick up the goods - transport costs apply.

If the job is ultra urgent or same day service is required add a 20% premium and we will do our best to get it done urgently.

A FEW "POLITE" RULES - UPFRONT

We are a multi-brand workshop and can repair most out of warranty items. If it is in warranty (and not something Techmart sold to you) we can act as your warranty agent for a fee (see Pricing Page).

For workplace health and safety and public liability insurance reasons you may not enter the workshop area or observe your repairs as they are being done. Your Technician will record all actions and, subject to their availability, will be happy talk to you about the repairs.

We accept cash, business cheque (subject to an instant clearance surcharge unless you are a registered customer), bank cheque and all major credit cards. The workshop does not offer credit.

Where we are required to order in specialist or non-stock replacement parts pre-payment (or a credit card number) is required and they are non-returnable.
