OUR CODE OF CONDUCT.

We will act professionally in a manner expected of a quality provider of
workshop services.

We will act in a timely manner.

We will keep you informed of the costs of your repair.

We are not responsible for matters outside our control such as supplier
delays, force majeur etc.

We guarantee that any recommended repairs are necessary and will be carried out
cost effectively.
CONFIDENTIALITY
If you have confidential material on
your hard disk consider removing it first. All data on your hard disk remains your sole property, will not
be inspected and no copies will be held by the workshop.
PIRACY
You must supply us with genuine
original install disks with licenses and activation keys. We
will not install pirated software. This will not stop us repairing equipment
that may have pirated software on it and we will not report the matter to
any other party (unless we are specifically required by
subpoena or the laws of evidence to divulge it).
SOFTWARE
We accept no responsibility what so ever for software related
faults or fit for purpose be they operating system, applications, virus, spyware or
incompatibilities. All software is sold as is where is and once opened or
activated cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Any media defects must be
claimed directly with the distributor.
SAFE KEEPING
We assume that your goods are covered
by your own insurance whilst in our care. In the case of
an insurable incident you must make a claim on your
policy. The extent of our liability is our endeavour to
keep your goods safe whilst at our premises.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
We do
not accept liability for any consequential loss or damages due to
repairs.
LIEN
Goods left for more than 90 days from completion are considered
abandoned and we reserve the right to sell them to recoup costs.
SALVAGE
We retain
ownership of all parts or components replaced unless specifically agreed too
before we start work. Such parts will generally be used for worth while causes.
